Off-The-Peg Gowns

Off-The-Peg gowns are sold as seen. An exchange will only be considered within 14 days of purchase.

Some gowns are samples or discontinued lines and therefore may be subject to minor defects as clearly stated in descriptions.

Deposit holds any off-the-peg gown for a maximum of 7 days. 

Deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before collecting.

New Orders

For new orders, a deposit of 50% is required on the date the order is made, the remaining balance must be paid for when the goods arrive in the home studio.

Once you have placed the order a contract has been made including telephone/online orders.

You may change your mind and cancel your order within 24 hours, provided that the order has not yet been processed. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days from the cancellation.

Once your order for a dress or accessory has been processed, it cannot be returned or refunded, as these items are made specifically for you. This policy applies unless the item is found to be faulty or there has been an error in the order.

If your order is faulty or incorrect, please notify me on the collection day. Once the item has been collected and left the studio, it will be considered that you are satisfied with your order.

Nancy’s Bridal Lounge can not and will not accept any responsibility in respect to any changes which may occur in the customer’s size and body shape from the time of being measured.

Slight variations in fabric colour, texture, beading, and trim may occur within an acceptable tolerance. *Please allow for an up to 2 shade dye-lot difference from the original sample. *Please allow for a +/- 1/2 inch production tolerance.

Any monies already paid up to and including the cancellation date are non-refundable if the event is cancelled for any reason, including if you change your mind. This is because costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to Nancy’s Bridal Lounge.

Delivery dates are approximate and not binding. Please allow sufficient time for fittings and alterations.

Sale goods

Sale goods are sold as seen, and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

In general

All goods remain the property of Nancy’s Bridal Lounge until paid for in full.

Any goods not collected or arrangements made in writing 3 months after the notified wedding/event date will be counted as the property of Nancy’s Bridal Lounge without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded. Items will be put back in the home studio for re-sale.

Customers should retain their sales contracts and any other receipts as proof of purchase.

All above items at the discretion of Nancy’s Bridal Lounge.
